THE NOT ONLY PROVIDES GRANTS TO SUPPORT THEIR WORK, BUT ALSO CONVENES MEETINGS AND WORKSHOPS THAT ENCOURAGE NETWORKING AND MENTORING IN ADDITION TO PROFESSIONAL TO BUILD RESEARCH AND COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS. THE CURRENT NETWORK INCLUDES 67 YOUNG SCHOLARS AND 11 INAUGURAL PROMISING SCHOLARS.

IN CARRYING OUT ITS MISSION, SUPPORTS PRESERVATION, RESTORATION AND EXHIBITION , AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS REGARDING IMPORTANT EXAMPLES INTERIOR DESIGN, FURNITURE, TEXTILES, FASHION, GRAPHIC ARTS, DECORATIVE PAINTING, ART GLASS, JEWELRY, PORCELAIN AND OTHER DECORATIVE AND USEFUL OBJECTS, INCLUDING BY SUPPORTING ACTIVITIES AND PROGRAMS LES ARTS DECORATIFS.

THE MS54 . IS A PARENT TEACHER ASSOCIATION FOR BOOKER T. WASHINGTON MIDDLE SCHOOL LOCATED AT 103 WEST 107TH STREET IN NEW YORK CITY. THE SCHOOL HAS AN ENROLLMENT 875 STUDENTS. THE CONSISTS PARENT VOLUNTEERS THAT OFFER A MYRIAD SERVICES AND RESOURCES THAT THE SCHOOL WOULD OTHERWISE NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE TO ITS STUDENTS. THIS SUPPORT INCLUDES SUPPLEMENTING THE OVERALL SCHOOL BUDGET TO ALLOW FOR THE HIRING ADDITIONAL TEACHERS, GUIDANCE COUNSELORS AND SUPPORT PERSONNEL. IN ADDITION, THE FUNDS ART AND SCIENCE SUPPLIES, BOOKS FOR THE LIBRARY, PLANNERS AND INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS FOR ALL STUDENTS, MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS AND MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT FOR OUR COMPUTER AND SCIENCE LABS.
